PDRI Fellow Shaquilla Harrigan awarded the inaugural Penn Presidential Fellowship

PDRI Fellow Shaquilla Harrigan, PhD student in Sociology, has been selected as one of the inaugural Penn Presidential PhD Fellowship Recipients. Presidential Ph.D. Fellows represent the nine schools at Penn that offer Ph.D. programs. Each Presidential Ph.D. Fellow will receive a three-year fellowship, including summer support and funds to support their research.
