Samuel Kembou Nzale
Samuel is an international development professional with more than 6 years of experience specializing in health and education-related research.
He possesses a multi-faceted foundation in project management and monitoring, evaluation, and learning. He supports randomized evaluations in Côte d’Ivoire.
His research expertise includes assessments of early childhood development interventions, measuring the impact of social protection on children’s learning, understanding how technology-enhanced tools for teachers’ professional development affect children’s learning, and understanding incentives of performance-based financing for health professionals and for teachers.
Samuel has extensive experience in qualitative and quantitative research methods, desk reviews, and analysis, with a professional background in economics and statistics.
He is committed to making evidence speak to development programs and policy and has worked with policymakers across several sectors in Cameroon and Côte d’Ivoire.
