PDRI-DevLab Co-Director Recognized in Global Political Science Research Rankings

We are proud to share that PDRI-DevLab Co-Director, Professor Guy Grossman, has been recognized among the top political science scholars in North America in the newly released Global Ranking of Research Productivity of Political Science Departments, published in PS: Political Science & Politics (Cambridge University Press).

The ranking is based on objective measures of research productivity, including citation counts, journal impact factors, and publications in the discipline’s top five journals. Professor Grossman is ranked #6 in North America for “Recent Top Publications” (2018–2022), a metric reflecting his exceptional contributions to leading political science journals over the past five years.

The study draws on data from 178 departments across 45 countries, providing one of the first global, standardized assessments of research performance in the field of political science.

We congratulate Professor Grossman on this well-deserved recognition and celebrate the important role his scholarship plays in advancing PDRI-DevLab’s mission to produce rigorous, policy-relevant research on governance, migration, and development.
