Jack is a former data scientist who was primarily involved with the program evaluation portfolio at PDRI-DevLab. He developed tools used across research projects to estimate the causal impacts of programs sponsored by international development agencies. He also worked with the Machine Learning for Peace program on tailoring forecasting models to work with their proprietary data collection pipeline.
