Jack is a data scientist primarily involved with the program evaluation portfolio at PDRI-DevLab. He develops tools used across research projects to estimate the causal impacts of programs sponsored by international development agencies. He also works with the Machine Learning for Peace program on tailoring forecasting models to work with their proprietary data collection pipeline.
