Simranjeet Dhir is a Senior Program Manager at PDRI-DevLab, University of Pennsylvania, where she leads research and operational delivery for a multi-country portfolio focused on forced displacement, migration, and social cohesion. She brings 9 years of experience designing and managing rigorous impact evaluations and applied research across Asia and Sub-Saharan Africa, with prior roles at J-PAL South Asia, IFMR LEAD (Krea University), and Good Business Lab. Her work spans end-to-end project delivery, partner and stakeholder management, and translating evidence into decision-ready insights for governments, multilaterals, and funders across public policy, gender, health, labor markets, and financial inclusion. Simranjeet holds an MSc in Economics and Finance from the Barcelona Graduate School of Economics (Universitat Pompeu Fabra).
