Tatiana Melnikova is a Senior Research Manager at PDRI-DevLab, where she provides management support across an array of research and operational functions. She has over 10 years of experience in research and policy analysis across a wide range of sectors, including environment, energy, transportation, agriculture, health, financial inclusion, gender, and early childhood development. Most recently, she worked with the World Bank on a project in Bangladesh and with IPA in Ghana. She has a Master’s in Applied Economics (MA) from Northeastern University, a Master’s in Public Administration in International Development (MPA/ID) with a focus on development economics and evaluation from Harvard Kennedy School, and a Master’s in Human Development and Psychology (EdM) with a focus on behavioral health and early childhood development from Harvard Graduate School of Education.
