Will Dinneen is a data scientist at PDRI-DevLab providing data and programming support across a variety of DevLab projects. Before coming to Penn, Will was a student at Emory University where he received a BA in International Studies and History, and worked as a research assistant under Professor Natalia Bueno. He is interested in environmental politics and applied computational methods.
