Colombia Land and Rural Development Program (LRDP)

DevLab worked with Cloudburst on an external evaluation of USAID/Colombia’s $67.5 million Land and Rural Development Program (LRDP). LRDP sought to increase capacity for land restitution for victims of conflict and the formalization of rural property, as well as increase rural development and the use of information to deliver land rights services. The LRDP evaluation included focus group discussions, key informant interviews, and the collection of household and stakeholder survey data. To estimate impact without randomized programming, the evaluation used matching techniques to compare programmed municipalities with very similar non-programmed municipalities.
