PDRI Fellow Christiana Kallon Kelly selected as Harvard WAPPP Fellow

PDRI Fellow Christiana Kallon Kelly, PhD candidate in Education, has been selected as a 2021-2022 Harvard Kennedy School School Woman and Public Policy Program (WAPPP) Fellow. During her fellowship, Christiana will explore how Sierra Leone’s 2018 Free Quality School Education Program and emergent education technologies are shaping learning opportunities for adolescent girls and gender relations in schools and communities across the country.
