Angela Gunn

Angela Gunn is a PhD Candidate in applied economics focusing on development and environmental/energy policy. Her current research focuses on incentive-compatible environmental initiatives and particularly individual willingness-to-pay for pollution abatement.

Angela’s previous work includes academic research assistance on a largescale cash transfer experiment in Zambia, as well as consulting research assistance on topics including residential electricity pricing in the United States and the welfare effects of water shortages in California.
