Paul Lu, MD

Dr. Lu’s primary scholarly interests include global health and medical education. Locally, he helped to develop and pilot a global health pre-departure training course for PSOM. Through this course, he helped to prepare students for the diverse challenges experienced during a global health elective. Internationally, Dr. Lu has traveled to Botswana for 4 weeks per year to teach local medical students and trainees at the University of Botswana. His hope is to strengthen the educational content we deliver to our local Penn students as well as help the University of Botswana develop a robust training curriculum for their students and trainees.
